first experience staying at this hotel. I got a room on the 12th floor. As a budget hotel and environmentally friendly, the facilities and services are quite good. although the room is small, we can sleep well. the bathroom is also narrow. there are a few annoying things in the bathroom, there is the smell of dry urine in the closet. this smell doesn't go away even though I press the flush button. it could be that this smell came from the splash of urine from hotel guests before us. my advice, the bathroom should be cleaned first so that all unpleasant odors can be reduced. As a hotel with an environmentally friendly concept, I applaud the presence of pitchers in the rooms and water dispensers in hotel hallways, so that guests can refill water pitchers repeatedly. for the breakfast menu, I think it is quite diverse and delicious. A variety of traditional and international menus are available at the hotel's restaurant.

This hotel has a great location. Mall, trans studio are in one location with this hotel. But in the check in time, it was very crowded. The staff was not very fast. The room is small. The dutch pillow has no sheets. The AC made noise during my stay. The cleaning staff did not clean my room till 1 pm. But the view from my window is super!

Why I gave 3 stars?
For a hotel that is tall, with so many floors, you have thought that they would have more lifts to serve all floors.
There were 2 lifts serving certain floors, so this can be a wait.
And when it's bfast, wow...it's like a riot of humans rushing to get into the lifts.

Kudos to the fast check in and out.
Kudos also to the view.
The room was also good IMO.
Serves the prupose well for a no frills weekend.
The access to the mall is also perfect.
It's a family hotel here and majority of the guests are local guests.

Get in and out before 12 to save yourselves from the massive jam just outside the hotel.

I requested for non smoking room, yet they put me in a smoking room, the room was very bad smells of cigarette, requested for extra towels, after 3 hours they deliver it. The phone only have one number to dial (0) yet nobody answer the phone. Check in queue was very long, I came at 2.45 pm, and they said they need 1 hour to clean the room, so it was delayed 1 hour to check-in. Not recommended hotel and never ever come back here.

Got room full of black fungus and yellow bathroom tile . Asked non smoking room but I smell smoke whole night. It's 3 days nightmare for staying in this hotel . Staff service was excellent and helpful but management need to manage hotel properly . Plus side hotel connect with trans mall .

"Embarrassing by Accor Hotels"

What we liked:

We received twin beds, and they were comfortable. The pillows were lovely. The hotel is connected to a great mall (Trans Studio Mall with every convenience we would ever need. Food and drinks are always nearby.

What we didn't like:

My mother and I stayed during Ramadhan season, and there was barely any staff during such a busy time. Thankfully, we arrived five days before it began. As I predicted, everything was a whole mess when the hotel became packed. There are only two elevators available for the side of the building we accommodate, and one of them kept breaking. It felt very unsafe.

Our bedsheets were stained from time to time, the housekeeping service didn't always clean the bathroom properly, and we had to call them to deliver toiletries. Most of the time, it took forever to arrive.

The breakfast was astonishingly terrible and was not worth the price of 80k++ per person. The variety and quality were horrifying. For some reason, they placed the fresh milk in the most inconsistent place. A high area in the refrigerator that is primarily inaccessible for most Indonesians, considering their height is below average. The "fresh fruit" was not fresh. I consistently found the chef relaxing at the restaurant area, playing with his handphone. Thankfully, food and drinks accessibility outside of the hotel was right next door.

The situation at the hotel became a complete disaster when it became packed. They had no bellboys, and either the minuscule receptionists or security had to help with luggage. We had to grab a luggage trolley on our own and bring our stuff downstairs, with only one elevator working on that side of the building. It was a terrible experience. If we didn't have to pay that much for the stay and knew that we had to arrange our luggage ourselves, this wouldn't be a part of the complaint.

The chefs in the kitchen could not cook a traditional Indonesian dish, Nasi Goreng. It was bland, clumpy and tasted horrible. Shocking for a hotel and especially for the food price! They dared to promote barbeque events when they couldn't cook Indonesian Fried Rice.

It's in the TSM mall area and the from there you can go to riau street or central bandung in short time.
I have low expectation, but they seems can keep the room and facility in a good way.
They are also will open a new executive room which i really looking forward to it.
Good job ibis TSM for keeping the quality above standard.
