it is very beautiful hotel, which represent its type: a boutique hotel, pretty artistic.
maybe that's the selling point, that level up the price a little compared to those with similar facilities. overall is good, very homey. there is a nice cafe too.
the executive room is much better with the deluxe room. no any view from deluxe room, but in executive room you'll get balcony with pinus and pool view.
there are some cons tho: you'll need to wait for long to get warm water to shower. there is a hole at the towel. the pool is 1,5 meter for adult and 0,5 meter for children. they don't provide bath mat and slipper.

Go show to stay here. First time to stay here. Initially choose deluxe room which is big NO - small size, smelly and the window is facing to other room. Upgrade to executive. The problem I got last executive room close to kitchen ????. A little noisy starting 5am in the morning, because they starting to cook. The executive room itself has big room, nice bed ????, the bath room is clean and hot water is good. BUT the room itself not well maintained. The room wall is dirty and the rug (to place bag) is very dirty. The bench is dirty also. I do not want to sit there. Luckily it has 1 sofa with clean condition. If the hotel is clean the wall + rug + repair the bench -- will be 4 stars. Note to the hotel management, there are available other hotels with the same price who offer cleaner room.

Very poor internet connection. The staff (receptionist) was not helpful. Parking is also difficult, the parking person was not standby to help. Overall hotel vibes is ok, surrounded by pine wood. But not good for staycation as it has really poor internet connection.

Close to the center of Bandung and minimarkets. There is a swimming pool and photo shoots. Beautiful atmosphere and suitable for a vacation with Family and Friends

The room was not clean to my standards, the sheet has grimes and stains on it. I ordered deluxe room with queen size bed, but i got 2 twin sized bed that sheeted together. The toilet was not cleaned too. There was used soap on the toilet that have not been changed to a new one and the toilet seat is broken. Parking lot is also so limited. I have to park my car on the roadside. Need so much of improvement. It was not worth it.

Few things are broken such as the bathroom handle, hole in the curtain, but the service was good and breakfast is not provided

Booked a Deluxe Room on the weekend. Overall staffs were super friendly. Looks like this is a quite old hotel but they renovated this to be an arthotel concept. Got a room with balcony and they said smoking is allowed as long as you open the balcony door. Small refrigerator and hairdryer were provided. For the price (IDR 300K/night), everything looks good.

What can be improved: bedsheet looks dull already.. some dark spots remain there and somehow a bit filthy ????
