Perfect place to stay in Bandung for business and family, especially with kids. The ambience inside the hotel area was really great and cozy. Rooms were exceptionally clean. There were also a decent size swimming pool and garden inside. On top of that, the food they had prepared for breakfast was excellent. Definitely 5 star worthy!

Stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. Very comfortable room, the breakfast, lunch and dinner was excellent. The coffee break snacks were excellent as well. Minor glitch on the projector and sound system, make sure you check and re-checked again just to ensure that everything is OK. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, courteous as well.

For business and personal purposes, it is excellent.

The hospitality in this hotel has been nothing short of “Service Excellence” The rooms are spacious, clean and super comfortable. The staff is always the upmost professional, courteous and helpful. Same level of consistency in service with all our many previous stays here at the Sheraton Bandung.

In overall it is good hotel with great service. All the equipments and room ameneties are working.
Food during Breakfast was good. Staff also very polite and helpful.

Just small matter on the kid tent provided. I booked for Stay Eat and Play package, including set of tent kid and some other perks. Of course with those extras, I paid more than standard bed and breakfast package. Surprisingly, the kid tent is ridiculously small. Just one small pity tent with no other things for kids to enjoy the tent with. Some hotels will include some drawing kits, small toys, kids bath product etc. So please step up on this part Sheraton.

And please, install elevators for your guests.

Service was very good. Everyone was super nice and helpful. The room was clean and nice. Breakfast really delicious. Food quality and variety, not only was the food good, it was fantastic ❤️

Not our first choice of hotel for our staycation in Bandung, always have doubt to book the room as this hotel was operated long enough and the building seems old.

This time finally we made our mind to experiencing this 5 star hotel and surprisingly the hotel was not as old as we thought before. They had renovated couple years ago and the rooms maintained well. But the parking area need little attention to renovation

The lobby was bright and the blue white crystal hanging on the ceiling was eye catchingly nice.

It was a resort hotel so the building was not tall, only 3-4 floors high, with lots of garden around the building. The swimming pool area was nice to enjoy.

We were happy because we got room upgraded to new renovated executive room with garden terrace. The room was pretty big and the bathroom had bathtub. And according to the receptionist it’s not more than 9 months before when the new wallpaper being installed.

But sadly the water in the shower had weak pressure and took us a bit longer to shower. Try to ask the hotel to fixed it but the problem persisted.

The breakfast experienced was good but not very good. We had breakfast in the executive Tower Lounge on 3rd floor, more private than the main dining area in 2nd floor. The food was standard international breakfast, from breads to local dishes like batagor and kupat tahu.

Love the greenery of Sheraton. Perfect for family staycation especially if you have children.

Excellent room and restaurant. Room for improvement: (1) the curtain should be replaced with the black out type, (2) the light inside the wardrobe should be automatically off. The point is to make the room totally dark when need to.
