Actually a nice and clean hotel, really. I enjoyed my stay here. But the hotel is adding rooms, although they do the building in separate wings but still.. And they also did a repair in the room next to my room at around after check in time. The sound of the drill was soo loud.. Only lasted for half an hour more or less, but it was so loud like someone is hammering your head. Happened too that although everything was clean, the toilet was open already. I had my disinfectant spray, so this was easy. But not supposedly happened. The restaurant was also closed, and open only for breakfast.

The hotel is clean. When we came, renovation is on going to add new wings, excited to come again u0026 try the new rooms. Suggest to build thicker wall, since when we stay in the room we could literally hear the noises from next room. Definitely will come stay again in Tebu, since it is so strategic u0026 close to tourist' spots.

I even haven't stayed because it was so hard to contact the hotel. I have booked online, but I wanted to double check my booking for checking in purpose. None of the contacts number, in the website nor in Google, is available or reachable. Please, Tebu Hotel, nomor kontaknya berapa? Ditelepon ga angkat, nomor lain mati, nomor WhatsApp salah, keterlaluan.

The room was a little bit hot. A bit small too. You can hear the sound coming from the room next to yours. The restaurant was located at the top floor. This was probably the best part of the hotel. There might be not enough parking spaces.
The foods and beverages were okay.

Unique duplex room which is suitable for family, the view is mesmerizing, the breakfast restaurant is also good with delicious food.

However some improvement notes:

1. Parking lot is too narrow
2. For the duplex room as the stairs is not safety enough for kids which only have minimal railguard.
3. The service can also have improvement, as when my wife want to ask the hotel receptionist to assist a birthday cake for me, even borrow a spoon is charged by 10k rupiah..this is surprising, as when in other hotels when i celebrate a birthday party in the hotel, usually they help with some compliment or even offer to assist to help the surprise...hopefully it will be better in the future..

My friend and I were a bit surprise to see no refrigerator in the room.
Other than that, the room is good. The AC is working fine, we asked for non smoking room and high floor, and we have that. The room and bathroom also clean.
Recommended to stay here, especially if you have only few days to stay.

The Room is nice and clean. However, parking lot a bit Limited. Restaurant is in the roof, chill and nice view
