The only place to comfortably hang out. But in weekends, this place is really stuffy and crowded. Making it next to impossible to get a seat.

Very crowded by the time I visited on weekend.

Quite long queue, pick up time of course longer.

Staff overwhelmed by the amount of orders, mistakes happened.

Nice place, but poor service. I hope they can be more polite. it's still too morning to act like that. Hope you guys have a better day ahead.

A good place to drink some variety of coffee from different places of Indonesia with mix coffees from other countries and hot drinks, also dessert with variety of snack and pastry local and western. Price of coffee and hot drinks were competitive (depend on demand), also a good hospitality and have a good view (face of mall).
I really love the atmosphere, the barista is friendly.. i think the beverages and the foods is worth it with all of the taste, atmosphere, and service that we got

Excellent location for starbucks. However this cafe has this strange chinese food aroma in it..which i believed came from restaurants nearby. This surely messed my coffee time. I wish they would do something to keep the aroma away so people can enjoy the usual Starbucks clean coffee ish scent.

Warm and cozy like most starbucks store. Indoor, outdoor, and smoking area are available in here

Nice starbucks because it’s located in the center of the city. Located inside the mall. It’s sometimes too crowded which make the place less comfortable, so consider coming here in the right time, or else, you won’t get a comfy coffee.
