This hotel is terrible and dirty.
Try fave hotel 2 hotels away.

Room 1 was smelly and air cond didn't work.
They offered me another room, air conditioning worked but also smelt.
The 3rd room I took, it wasn't clean but didn't smell and had working air cond.

Strategic location in Cihampelas street, front of CiWalk. But the parking lot is limited. The room is narrow as well. The room facility isn't good. It should be improved. But the only advantage is the low price.

Had 3 nights with them, had the deluxe king room. I knew it was gonna be bad when we reached the lobby, very run down theme they are going for. Upon checking in, one of the rooms that me and my friend booked, front desk informed us that one room had to use manual key as the keycard was malfunctioning. My god the room... let me tell you its very old and not maintained. Room smell mouldy, bed sheets yellowish grey, pillow smell horrible, room phone non functioning, aircon not cold(even after informing front desk, did absolutely nothing), cups dirty and stained, glass panels not cleaned(has dried some dried fluid god knows from where running down), shower pressure (trickle water), flies in the shower (ALOT), shower room filthy(needs a good scrubbing). Its alright if im not charged exorbitantly. I know that covid restriction has just lifted and that may be a reason but the rooms is in no state to charged for that amount. Management should spruce the place post covid restriction to make it inhabitable for guest. Avoid at all cost. The cheap OYO is way better.

Near Cihampelas Walk, great location, many food vendors, great taste and variety food for breakfast.
Rooms need improvement in cleanliness, window can't be open so it makes room feels damp and moldy ????

My room is old and moldy. There were many cockroaches. We asked for a bug spray, and the hotel can't provide that, so we had to go out and get one next door.

Water pressure is meh. Linens are old and stained.

It’s one of the worst hotel in Bandoung
The room is dirty, there is a blood on the blanket . There is a bad smell in the bathroom, the wifi too slow , breakfast is not teasty, finally the employees don’t respond the visitors

2. PREVIOUS CUSTOMER HAIR ON THE BED
3. DIRTY MIRROR
4. DIRTY CARPETS
5. DARK ROOM
6. THEY CLEAN OUR ROOM WITHOUT PERMISSION (WITHOUT PROVIDING ANY CARD TO HANG ON THE DOOR)
7. BROKEN ELECTRICITY
8. ROOM SMELLS LIKE DIRTY SOCKS AND WET TOWEL

I’ve been traveling a lot in Indonesia, but this is the nastiest hotel i’ve stayed.
