Hmmm three stars hotel (debatable) maybe one or two stars. Strategic place, average room, less breakfast variant, average amenities, poor hotel decoration, and poor parking capacity. Well they need to improved their lobby atmosphere, its look like a travel agency not a hotel. For budget hotel without affiliation with formidable company, i think fairly recommended (just for sleep)

This hotel is located right in front of Ciwalk. But the rooms were really disappointing. We stayed on the family room. The towels and bedsheets were really dirty. Our towels are ripped and somehow we did not receive amenity kit which should be provided in the toilet. However, we managed to complain to the receptionist and the housekeeping managed to change our bedsheets and towels. Also, we asked for toothbrush and they gave us. The hotel's wifi was really slow. The breakfast was disappointing either, there are only 3 menus when we stay : Nasi Goreng, Omelette and Spinach.

Exactly in front of ciwalk. Towel and bathmat color is dull. But overall cleanliness is ok. Staff is humble and always ready to help. Parking space is small but they have valet parking service.

The management of the hotel not that good, eventhough it's a budget hotel. They need to maintain the quality. They didn't change our bedsheets when we checked in, because the new sheets haven't arrived. Their toilet door won't shut, walls are dirty.

The location is great near Cihampleas walk but the room is bad and not cozy. Dirty linen and bathroom door is not working properly. Hot water is very limited. Price is quiet expensive. Not highly recommended to stay and visit this hotel. Better to look other location with same or similar value. Stay away from this hotel unless they have changed.
