The hospital is arguably small and not so spacious. The patients are recommended to visit earlier around 6 AM to avoid long queue. For BPJS insurance patient, it's required to submit reference letter. Quite crowded. Unfortunately only four front officers assigned to serve many patients, so the service isn't quick and efficient.

Went here to do a root planing a month ago. Only 15 minutes tops but I had to queue for 2 and a half hour. The staffs were quite helpful and friendly. Not enough parking space for cars so had to park somewhere else. Didn't accept cards so I had to draw some money at Hermina Hospital ATM. Not enough sitting area, lots of people had to stand and quite blocking the way to be honest. Make sure you come earlier (as early as 7 o'clock) to get your queue number. Great price for the doctor service though so just make yourself comfortable until you're called.
