They overprice in everything, the doctors fee, the medicine. They don't even asked whether the clients prefer a generic meds or a patent one. The occupational therapy always fully booked so we don't get the prescribed appointments. The doctor in child development also have a very negative view of the diagnosis and did not even try to explain what thr diagnosis mean.
Not recommended. Don't go there. There are many other hospitals that have way better services.

Good hospital located in a very strategic position. I stayed here for 2 nights and service was real good ???? Done with a good treatment from specialized doctor. The meals were also great ????One day, I will give a birth here.

Good doctors and emergency service. But they have worst administration ever. Worst even if you want to compare with the village level hospital administration in underdeveloped countries. Shame!

Mom u0026 children hospital. There's baby spa as well in here. Yoi can proceed to the payment first on 1st floor then you can get queue number for baby spa.

Limited parking space except u get there in the morning.
A friendly service from all the doctor and staff.
At 5th floor, they have placed called Bandung Fertility Center for IVF program.

The place and the overall facility here is not that bad. But the wait and the queue for the doctor is so bad. You can take probably up to 3 hours just waiting and spend only 20 minutes with the doctor. The interior of the hospital does not really accommodate the amount of people in the hospital. Because the building is not that big, and a lot of people are treated here, it looks crowded and sometimes even chaotic. The cafè here is also cute, but they only accept cash which is also something that could be improved on. The parking lot is also very small.

Good Facilities, Good Services, Good Price and very professional doctors and staff!! Very recommend hospital
