Its a mother and child hospital at jl pajajaran, its easy to notice fron the traffic, the place is clean and quiet, the staff is friendly and helpful, the building is nice, the parking is small and its little bit pricy

This hospital is not customer friendly, espcially the recepsionist who answered the phone does not reflec the quality of hospital. It seem did not know the meaning word hospital which suppose to be hospitable to every person regardles. Please do not have anattitude just because you doing good business. What's goes up must come down.

I am from Australia. I took my wife here. We stayed 1 night. The service needs inproving. The food is average. The business model seems to be more a hotel then hospital. Every thing about up-selling. 500k for admin fees. 1.5mil for room. Doctor orders tests without asking you. One's you have already had. Which are 4 times more then other hospitals in bandung. (2mil for ultrasound and basic blood test) My wife had trouble walking asked nurse for assistance bathing. Told to do it herself. Please don't do this to yourself. Horrible and expensive experience. There are much better hospitals in Bandung.
I think a lot of the positive reviews are from friends of workers. Or people who haven't experienced a decent hospital.

Poor service. Inaccurate diagnosis by the doctors cause you to spend fortune at their hospital. Nurses and employees that have no passion to serve patient. At the end, you have to spend more time to visit another doctor because of miss diagnosis. Have several not so good experience at this hospital. Will not set foot at this hospital ever again. Please avoid at any cost unless you have intention to donate your fortune to them. Whether you need to gave birth or visit paediatric, go to another hospital instead. SUPER EXPENSIVE for inaacurate diagnosis.

Tips:
- if you diagnosed with placenta previa at this hospital, PLEASE get second opinion from obgyn at other hospital. They will say anything so you will gave birth by cesarean.

- up for a natural birth, then go to borromeus find dr. Anna. More thorough examination and better service. I switch at 8 months, thank God my baby is ok.

- need fetomaternal, find dr. Adhi at Hermina pasteur.

My wife was deliver birth here. The doctor, nurse, and other staff are kind and give good services. Almost complete facility for Mother and Child Hospital in Bandung.

Poor service and expensive. My wife wanted to give birth here but we went to borromeus hospital instead. This hospital is not recommended
