Excellent breakfast with fresh yummy salad and other wonderful dishes. Spatious clean room with wide glass window and nice city view. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy access and parking. An overall well maintained hotel.

1. The hotel is situated in Cihampelas, Bandung which is very close to a wellknown place called Ciwalk.
2. I was a little bit dissatisfied during my stay. The opposite side of my room was used for a wedding preparation. They talked louldly outside my room since 2.30 am and continuously until 7.30 am. I wish I didn't get the room to enjoy my stay peacefully.
3. Breakfast has lots of variety and the healthy drink was one of my favourites.
4. Room is spacious and the floor is mostly covered with carpet.
5. I asked for towels while using gym, but until the end it never came. Guests need to bring their own bottle because they do not prepare cups or glassess, just a water dispenser.
6. Swimming pool is good. Its water is not too cold but there is no day bed in the side of swimming pool

Why 3/5:
- ambience : too warm of temperature at night.. i know hotels nowadays are pressing the saving cost but this is not the way you treated us as the guests. There were several guests dined in.
- price : too expensive for so so taste and portions
- digital menu : google drive? Really???!!!!? We're about 2023 but y'all using google drive? Ecommerce is not puting their efforts to maximum for digitalized on this. Even when i dined in Accors Jakarta dont even use google drive.
- taste : i asked al dente fettucine but some of pastas still hardly to chew so means not fully al dente ya.
As an A plus i wont come back.

Recommended for staying. Nice room. Nice window view.. Good breakfast, friendly staff, the service is good.. Easy to access and easier to find street foods at nearby..

Great plafe to stay in Bandung. Clean and spacious room. There’s bathtub in every room. Great location.

Lovely hotel with excellent services.!

Reserved 2 rooms for family vacation . We had some special request because we travelled with 2 kids. Big thanks for Suci (reservation ), she could arrange our requests (connecting room , non smoking, high floor) and she was super helpful and friendly.

Checked in very smooth, the room was comfy and super clean..!!!!

For sure ,we will be back soon and stay again with Novotel Bandung !!

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed.
They really accomodated my special request, stayed at the highest level, great view, and delicious food.

One thing that made me impressed, they provided Friday Prayer (Sholat Jumat) on the basement. So convinient that I didnt have to go out from the hotel to do the prayer.

Very recommended, I am going to stay in Novotel the next time I visit Bandung
