Had a pleasant stay in here. The staffs were really nice. The room is spacious and most importantly, clean. Wifi connection is good. The amenities are okay (towel, toiletries (minus shampoo), n water bottles). The location is nice. Very easy to look for meal around the hotel. It is also just 5-10 minutes walk to the Dago street sidewalk.
If there is any minus point, I would say the room facilities are probably old/not maintained so there is minor scratch on the wood furniture or on the mirror. But over all it didn't really affect the usability so its okay. Price wise, this place is worth it.

For a budget hotel, the rooms are spacious, the amenities are all decent. Right across the street from a budget cafe and restaurant too. Close to Dago and convenience stores.
