Cozy place with great ambience, homey, and quiet. Great place to have a cup of warm drink, sit down, and enjoy your time. Provides various food (mostly local food). The staffs are nice and friendly. My kinda place to spend time blissfully. As it’s named “Dapur Eyang” really brings homey vibes.

I was a long time customer even since Dapur Eyang was still in the first location at Dago.

The new place on Tubagus Ismail is spacier and really cozy. The furniture's using old style "grandpa/grandma house" theme and it's surprisingly comfortable even with no cushion on some of the chairs.

Place: 4/5 - comfortable, warm and cozy with just the right amount of music.

Next let's talk about the food and beverages. Their signature dish Nasi Cikur tastes exactly the same with what I last ate 4-5 years ago..which is awesome!

I ordered quite a few dishes:
Nasi Cikur komplit
Cumi mayonaise
Brokoli cah Spesial
Sapo Tahu
Bihun goreng
Spaghetti bolognaise
Nasi goreng ayam

And I found nothing is lacking anything..everything tastes good with no overbearing flavor.

Also a few beverages:
Bandrek
Strawberry smoothies
Hot Lemon Tea
Orange Juice

At this price point you would expect watered down version like most restaurant do to their drinks..but not at Dapur Eyang.

Nothing is watered down..the Bandrek was awesome and Strawberry smoothies was smooth and silky.

Food u0026 beverages: 5/5 - what caught my attention before trying the new place was I saw Dapur Eyang at a reviewer website and it got rank #4 for Resto in Dago..I have to say it's accurate with their delicious dishes.

Next let's talk about price! This section is going to be short: it's really affordable and you will be pleasantly surprised at what you're getting for the price you pay.

Price: 5/5 - very affordable price tag along with quality foods and drink...a rare combo.

I would definitely recommend Dapur Eyang u0026 will surely come back for more!

Feels like home. The building is actually a house which turned into a restaurant. I love the cuisines. Especially the traditional ones. Nasi cukur komplit and rawon are my two favourite dishes. Give some try! I bet you're gonna love them too

The staff are some of the most amazing people work in restaurants and coffee shops industry, they're warm, resourceful and kind. The coffee is very worth it for its price, and the food is also good. But consider not to order seafood if its already late at night, or buying a food that probably has a low turnover. (you see what I am saying) overall, the place is great!

Inexpensive resto with vintage atmosphere. They serve Chinese European and Indonesian meals. Suitable for small reunion or hang out with group and family. And the most significance is the coffee bar. They serve variant coffees that suites for both coffee experts or people who just enjoy milk based coffee. Try their signature milk based coffee, Kopi Eyang! It has a balance taste between the coffee and the milk
