I booked a room for my driver so that he can be near to us. After booking through Agoda, My driver called them and they said that the room is available.
When my driver arrived at the hotel, to his surprise the staff told him that the hotel is fully booked and he was transferred to another hotel that is far away from us.
This is really unprofessional of them and i won't recommend it to anyone.
