We had the Executive Suite and we found it very spacious and immaculaley clean. Shower was excellent.

Staff service was superb.
During breakfast as I was vegetarian they were so nice and ready to prepare a vegetarian meal.

Location is quite accessible.
Very good value for money

Consistent layout and decoration in each outlet. The location is good since lots of restaurants or cafes around this area. Kinds can have fun in the pool area and the view at top floor is wonderful to have the city overview there.
Staffs are really friendly to serve you all the time. The parking lots are in the basement. City tour is easy to find the Grab with you. Do not forget your breakfast in 1st floor too.
Come and stay here. Have fun.

Mercure Bandung city center has deteriorated significantly after covid. Service is not as good, AC in room is not cold at all and heated water on showers is not stable. It used to be one of my favorite hotel, but now I will need to think whether I want to stay there again or not. Definitely not recomended.

Good location but horrible experience..
???????? Good location at the center of the city
???????? Good breakfast and view
???????? Has 3-pin electric plug

????????The room was very smelly, the whole floor (7th) was reeking bad smell of toilets, no response from the hotel though.
???????? No more than 1 tissues (in toilet) for the whole room
???????? No ventilation in the room.
???????? so much mosquitoes and bugs in the bathroom
???????? No hand soup, only shower gel???
???????? Side light bulb has noisy sound
???????? Too noisy, you can hear the next room and there were furniture shifting sound all day..

Not worth re-visiting..

Great hotel to stay during your duty and staycation with your family. Located in the centre of Bandung city, you can easily wander to enjoy shopping, site seeing, etc. You can also enjoy swimming on the 15th floor, but unfortunately the infinity pool only open from 7am to 7pm. The breakfast menu is good, with a various food and beverages. Great menu and affordable price also for dine in. There was only 1 problem when I was stay there, the hotel only give me 1 room key. Problems came when one of us want to stay in the room, while the others have another activity outsite the room.

As an ALL member, here’s the terrible side of this hotel:
- Very limited parking space. The management seems didn’t prepare parking space very well. I stayed on weekdays for 3 nights and every night parking is hard to find. Fortunately, there are some security personnels which are really helpful. I can’t imagine on weekends, i think its harder to find parking.
- No any curtain/glass/door for the shower on the bathroom, so the water will leaks into sink/closet area.
- The breakfast menus are so-so and boring. Less variation. Novotel’s breakfast menu is better.

The good side of this hotel is only the rooftop pool and lounge.

Good hotel, just like mercure hotels standar. The rooms are clean, the staff service is also good. The drop off area to the hotel lobby is quite narrow so traffic jams and vehicle buildup often occur. The breakfast menu is quite interesting and varied, but in terms of taste, it still needs to be improved (the seblak was too salty). And one more thing, please pay attention to the wooden chopsticks.. it looks like it's not suitable for use.
