Stayed here for one night for the first time and absolutely loving the vibes here! The room is spacious, clean, and resourceful. The staffs are communicative, warm and friendly. They also have a mini library and space where people can work or spend some quiet time. Overall, I had a pleasant experience here. Definitely will re-visit next time I visit Bandung!

1st timer.. also the 1st time ever at 24hr stay hotel concept, which is the best at all, as our effective hrs is usually at noon, our mornings is busy with having breakfast at poolside.. the. continue swimming and still can free flow the food until 11 .. we also got welcoming cake that beautiful and delicious .. all the servers are very kind and helpful.. definitely should be back here again

The place is loud. If you don't mind listening to guests next door to you, then this is the place for you! You can hear everything around your room. Staff outside....loud! Other guests....loud!
Breakfast is good. The rooftop bar and restaurant is nice.
Great location for city centre stuff. Braga Street is 5 minutes by car, malls are close by and the area is vibrant.

Rooms was very spacious and clean but I couldn't sleep well due the pillow. Was too mushy (?) for me. The bed was spacious also and the light from bathroom was very disturbing. I wanted to switch it off but the fan would be off as well and I didn't want it. Didn't tried the room service food but ate breakfast only. Was okay. Rooftop was good place to relax coz has a nice view and ambience.

Before you are planning to stay at the hotel, call the hotel to see the room availability and time to check in. I had a misunderstanding about how the 24 hour stay works. Fortunately, the hotel staff Michael (Thank you!) was so helpful and in the end, he managed to get a room ready. Breakfast was okay, they served Indomie among other food like chicken satay, chocolate fountain :) and varieties of hot and cold beverages. Room was nice, clean with an industrial style decor and fully equipped even with Nespresso machine. Overall, hotel was nice and clean and staff were friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back again!

Very reasonable prices for a great hotel! The service was especially thoughtful, for example in the rooftop restaurant we had a wonderful waiter Lachisa who kept checking in and recommended and brought us extra nice beverages. Really happy with my stay!

The only good thing is the bed size is very spacious. I went there with my son and husband and we all can fit nicely.

I stayed at a budget hotel couple of times, but this time is my worst experience since the place is dirty. First, I saw hair on my room wastafel. The light is too dark for me. Making it not comfortable for family trip. When I open the blanket for my baby to sleep, the bed had stain on it! Yellow color. I am not sure if it's oil or something else since the room is dark.

In the middle of the night, room is very noisy from above and people closing doors outside. The wall is not soundproof. Not suitable for light sleepers.

The pillow is too flat and the smell is like other people's hair. The bed sheet is a little bit damp not sure if they change it properly or not.

My conclusion is, the room is not clean at all especially the bed. The price is ok.
