One of the best hotel option in Bandung.

A classic one hotel yet very clean and comfortable. The rooms are spacious, bathup even provided on this hotel.

I would love to give hundreds star for the staffs. All of them are very professional, helpful, and super friendly.

The location itself is on the center of Bandung city, which very good for us to go everywhere.

Everything is good here, there's nothing to complain ????????

Just arrived, No porter can be asked to bring the luggage, fortunately security man took over. I stay at Suite room white spacious room, that make me feel the room little bit empty. The bath room really extra large.
Wish that another services are also extra generous.

Had I known I would have always stayed here!!!

Huge rooms!!!
Friendly staff.
Ample parking!
Just behind the mall.
Oh... This is THE hotel to be in.

Friendly prices.
Very family oriented premise.

Cool view from the pool deck.

What I didn't like - the lift were small and serving many floors, it may be a wait to get to your desired floor.

Will be the hotel of choice henceforth.

Very bad experience. The hotel management is lack on safety measures!

Be careful for anyone who want to stayed here. Me personally will not stayed here again.

Because the lift was full, me and my family was using the emergency stairs to go down to the restaurant mainly because there are sign that we can use the stairs to go down, but apparently the emergency stairs can't be opened from inside so my family was trapped inside!

Fortunately we bring phone so we can call my son who stayed in the room to open the door for us. We immediately complained to the manager on duty and ask the emergency stairs door to be opened as soon as possible.

But when we're back to the hotel 2 hours later apparently the door is still locked from the inside and there's another family that was trapped inside!

This Hotel is just beside Bandung Indah Plaza, the iconic and historic mall in this city. Room so clean with quite complete facilities. Located in strategic place, many restaurants, factory outlets, garden for sport, etc. One of recommended hotel in Bandung ????

the rooms are comfortable, in terms of service and the taste of the food everything's all good, but the variants are not much. and for the facilities are very good.
In terms of location, it is very strategic because it is near the city center and is above the Bandung Indah Plaza Mall????

Despite of slight uncomfortable bed, Rooms is spacious and clean, the staffs are friendly and fast respond, the breakfast menus were ok for me, since I'm not a heavy eater in the morning .
The location of the hotel is in prime area, not too far from sudirman street, jl merdeka and pasir kaliki, its nice!
Need to add more lights in the aisle to ease the spooky atmosphere though
