The building seems old but water heater and air conditioner working just fine. The service is good. The workers there are humble and really helpful. The location also easy to find.

You get what you paid for, is really basic but decently clean room with a nice AC. It does get noisy in the morning when other people leave the rooms as the walls are thin. I recommend booking trough RedDoorz for extra savings.

Good for budget hotels. They need to improve the cleanliness of bathroom and maintain the air condition. Overall, good to stay here.
