- Arrived around 2.30 but the room wasn't ready yet, they asked to wait for 5 minutes to re-check the room. But, we wait more than 5 minutes. We got our room around 3PM
- I asked for a late check out and they gave us until 1PM
- The first room we got, was not fresh, there's stain on the bed sheet, crumbs on the sofa, defect on the furniture etc.
- The staffs were polite and responsive, they gave us a new room. But still, we need to wait around 10-15 minutes
- Extra late check out until 3PM
- The new room was fresh, smells good, more clean than the room before
- The pool was ok, we used the sauna but didn't know that the sauna wasn't open for 24 hours. The staff were shut off the heater but didn't tell us. It will be much better if they let us know
- The breakfast has many menus, and it taste good
- What they need to improve is the waiting time and cleanliness
- Free snack u0026 mini bar

The room was nice and clean. The staff mambers help you a lot with your request or need to confirm matter.
The breakfast was also great. I found several unusual menus, but enjoyable during our stay.
However several spot around the pool area need to be maintained more.

I came to this hotel at 8am. Because I have request to advance check in at 9am. Unfortunately, the room was ready at 11am. So, I have to wait almost 3h.

Overall was great.
I really love with all breakfast menu that was ate.
Can't try all dish actually. Hehehehe

Seems the swimming pool look great and the javana fitness and spa too, but I don't try those facility at all, wrong timing.

I thought my room (superior king) have a bathtub, but don't, just a shower only.

Needs some attention to detail. The pool area looks tired as do the rooms and floors. Lifts not all working and slow. Staff are friendly and the gym is above average.

The hotel is near Pasteur exit, good location. We have twin sharing bed room. Bed is big (queen size x 2). Perfect for family vacation. Breakfast was good. Lot of choice. I like the soto ayam. They also offer instant noodle :) Hotel is clean, however I think it need to be refurbished. Carpet and furniture looks old.

We had a wonderful stay here. We got an exquisite view of the sun rise and the mountain. The facilities, service, and room were excellent, we really enjoyed our short stay and hope tp stay here again next time.

Being stay here for several days and really enjoyed all the facilities. Coming here for training session, conference room is good, has a huge musholla and smoking area, also all staff is very friendly and helpful especially at reception.

I like this hotel, place in the strategic located in Dr. djunjunan street Pasteur near from Toll gate. Clean hotel, good hospitality, fast response, fancy interior design, pleasant food, and near to the town

Room quality is good, It was Soo Spacious and I love the bed, King Size and felt so nice to sleep on it. Food taste nice and variative, could be better but I don't have any complaints and honestly feels so satisfied by their service. Ohya it has big swimming pool, you can just for chilling a while there.

Overall is good, The room is good, Meal is delicious, Wifi signal is stable, perfect Swimming pool. Thankyou Aston, keep up the good services!
