Stayed here for 3 nights and it was a very average experience. I was hoping they will give something memorable for my stay knowing they are a 5 stars hotel,but none of it was really an extraordinary experience for me.

They really need to improve every aspects of their services and assets.

The room looks kinda old and not having a proper maintenance or cleaning. I found nail (that is usually use with hammer),hairs and dusts in the room. Carpet looks gross.

Foods was totally average and boring.

Staff services are just okay.Nothing extraordinary.

I don’t think it’s worth the price or the title of 5 stars hotel. There are 3 and 4 stars hotels better than this one.

I won’t consider having a stay here again. I hope they will significantly improve their services and cleanliness.

Been staying in other Mercure Hotel. So this one too is nice to stay. However, my concern is still on the choices of the food. I’ve been to Grand Mercure Jakarta Kemayoran and there the food are delicious and varies. Grand Mercure Setiabudi Bandung cannot compete. Showers, amenities, bed are good. But the room is quite small especially for extra bed booking. So I cannot give it the full five stars.

Nice location, nice lobby and services and the best is the warm swimming pool (my kids loves it). Breakfast is fine for me but find there was nothing special during my stay. In room facility need to improve especially for the Entertainment. There is a very old small TV with no updated entertainment for kids. Need to upgrade that one guys.

This hotel is located on Setiabudi street in the center of Bandung city. The hotel's buildings are separated into three which all face the outdoor restaurant, swimming pools and a small park. The view from room's terrace is great. The room's bed is huge. The space of its bathroom is sufficient with complete toiletries. There is also a coffee maker, a quite large sofa and a working table.

The breakfast has varied menus and all taste delicious enough. There are also a bar and a liquor shop at hotel's lobby. Their service people are trained well. One of best hotels in Bandung for family or business.

Hotel Grand Mercure Setiabudi is one of the hotels located in a cool area so it is perfect for meetings, holidays with family or just a staycation on the weekend. Spacious rooms with complete facilities with a pool, meeting rooms and fitness center. The breakfast menu is very varied with good taste.. Good and friendly service.. Highly recommended for those who will be doing activities in Bandung

Always love the experience staying at accor group. Spacious room. Good amount of breakfast selection. The one that caught my eye that at the roof of every building they put good landscape of plants. So it wasn't merely concrete or moldy pave. Good job.

I was eating lunch here with my friends (not staying in a hotel). The foods are high quality and delicious. Well, what do you expect when it's 5 stars hotel.. with a good view. This makes me want to try to stay at this hotel.
