The facilities are complete, it's very difficult to find car park, the canteen at the new building has nice food.

Let me start with the nurses who dont even bother to help. I was doing most of the work and whenever u call them they seem annoyed and are very slow. As you can see the food here they give are as shown in the photo attached. No hygiene at all. It’s a hospital you’re supposed to take care of your patients food very carefully, one of my family member end up having diarrhea for few days. This government hospital needs to take actions to change a lot of stuff in the hospital to treat our Indonesian people with proper care. Just because they can’t afford to go to private hospitals government hospitals should think that everyone should be treated equally and with proper hospital care.

Worst general hospital ever. Handling takes sooooo long, the employees aren't so helpful nor nimble. It took more than two hours to meet the doctor with numbers of unattended queue. Nurse isn't constantly available so basically patients have to waste hours to wait them to stand by again. The whole handling procedures is arguably convoluted and slow response. Administration fee is getting more pricey than last year. If you have more budget, don't bother to visit this hospital. You'd end up dying first before taken care. Go to private instead. Government should take concerns seriously about its public service! We pay for good service not disappointment.

Although it (may) has the best of the best doctors in West Java, but the overall service is bad (especially for the pharmacy). The place is always crowded. Even when I go there to take my meds in the pharmacy, the pharmacist skip my queue number.
(I knew it because I've waited for 4 hours, I got 185 in my queue number, but when I asked when will I got my drug, I saw the pharmacist has already serve the patient who has 200s in his queue number).
It so sucks.
