First impression : the place is clean and the staff are super friendly. I felt very welcomed and listened to. They asked what are my goals and they help me to achieve my goals accordingly. Our weight and measurement are monitored monthly and the coaches would input on what to improve further. During the exercise, the coaches would always encourage us to persevere to achieve the repetition for each equipment. Good job everyone ay Curves Ciumbu!

Comfortable place to practice. 30 minutes of fun circuit training accompanied by a coach so that each exercise is always supervised. Strategic location that is easily accessible. Friendly staff always ready to help.
