best smoked chicken in bandung! usually recommend this place to friends that having vacation in Bandung. Tge sambal matah one is so fresh and the taste of the chicken itself....just amazing

This place is legendary for the people I’m close to who eat everything (I’m vegetarian). It’s a humble little place, reasonably priced, but the food is rocking. Apparently, what they do here with he chicken is what is almost impossible to find in Jakarta - that is, they smoke the chicken before they fry. That makes for one of its kind taste. Must visit if you’re around this area.

So, we both order the same menu which is ayam asap sambal matah. For her, she really like it. For me, the sambal itself contain too many shallots and not spicy at all even for me (i dont like spicy food). And the chicken is little bit salty, but it cooked beautifully for indonesian preference food. Not really juicy tho, but still fine for me. So, i would recommend you try this menu or restaurant.

Can I say it serves the best smoked chicken? Try this and everything will never be the same! Ayam bali sambal matah is my go to. Prefer to use gojek/take away/delivery.

Delicious smoked chicken in ciumbuleuit, bandung. Sambal matah chicken is really really good! Affordable price!! So tasty i'll definitely will back!!!
