My wife and I have chosen to return here again for a long stay soon, based on our good past experiences. You get more with the room, for a cheaper price compared to other 4 star hotels. For the price we'd pay for a plain room in other hotels, we can get a large room with a big balcony and ocean view. The rooms are clean, and the TV has more channels to watch. There is a large selection of food at breakfast, and the lobby and restaurant are very nice aesthetically. The staff has always been courteous to us. Finally, the gym has a good amount to choose from, and the pool area is well maintained. Highly recommended

Overall stay experience was good..

Room is quite big and clean. Though lacks soundproofing. Noise from kids running along the corridor and talking can be heard clearly in the room.

Most notable experience I've got during my stay here:
1. Always check for spots on the sheets and towels, housekeeping said the laundry was not done in house hence the low quality laundry.
2. The furniture of each room with same type might not be the same, they said it was due to the furniture being in low stock hence when there's any broken ones, they have difficulty to replace it.
3. The way they own up to these.. inputs, they upgraded our room type, so.. all in all, the way they deal with the issue when we complained about it was very respectful and polite, very fitting for a 4 star hotel.
4. Another note was, I noticed the security is quite good what with the cctvs covering all the hallways to the hotel rooms
5. Also is a fact that they have SOP to knock and identify themselves as hotel employees when they're about to open an empty room in case they mistook a booked room for an empty room.

One of the best hotel in Bandar Lampung. This hotel has a great view of mountain and lake, if you are lucky you could get a room with a view of those. Considerably the hotel rate is affordable, the staff are also very kind. It has facility such as outdoor swimming pool, gym and restaurant.
Actually it is still one group with Royal Tulip in Puncak, Bogor.
