Loving very much Sheraton hospitality as always.
Swimming pool was great in the humid air.
Food was good, restaurant was able to reserve in advance for our family breakfast.

Resort bit old but they maintain the cleanest especially the swimming pool, staffs so friendly, breakfast was good and tastes with many choices and vegetarian available as well. Highly recommended ???? ???? ???? ???? ????

great to stay here. the room was awesome and they have a good restaurant. room services are avaliable for 24hours. I love their coffe and food a lot ????

Hotel with Bali's vibe on the pool side, old hotel and required renovation for rooms. Good services from all the hotel staff.

The room is well overdue for renovation. The overall feel to this hotel is somewhat tranquil. Spacious outdoor, lustful garden and nice size swimming pool. Food quality is very sub standard for this level of hotel, but 2 thumbs up for the excellent staff friendliness.

We stayed overnight in this hotel. Got upgraded from garden view to the pool view, which i think make huge difference. You can see much better scenery from the balcony from this room. Its a kinda resort in the middle of the city. The room is spacious and classic style, typical resort. Room and shower are clean, Bed and pillows are one of the most comfortable i had. The staff was very helpful as well. However the room and it self need a renovation, my rooms's phone was not working, the AC is not too cold, and some furniture are worn out. Its definitely need some renewal.
