The front office staff was very rude and didn't help so much just because we come there by motorcycle (lol). First, they didn't asked what our business there. Second, they didn't help bring in our stuff, no smile, no polite talk. The basement was flooded with water when it's heavily rains, means they have poor drainage systems but didn't provide anything to overcome that trouble, insist on keep using basement while there still have space in the front parking area's. "it's only for cars" when at the same time I see two motorcycles parked there.

zero hospitality. we booked 3 rooms in total, but no one help us to bring our stuff to the room—if so, they will took really long time. the only good thing was just because it's location.

Nice hotel

Stayed for 4 nights in this hotel. The room was spacious. The shower and hot water is working fine.
Pros: close to the airport, good price breakfast included, spacious room
Cons: there're stain in the bed sheet, had a creepy ambience

Nice new hotel near Balikpapan Airport. Not too big but it has complete facilities for meeting, business trip or a short weekend getaway. The room is nice though the bed is pretty small for too many pillows. The bathroom has bath tub so it's nice. Far from impressive breakfast buffet though. Oh yes, it also provides free shuttle service to airport.

Im sorry but i have to say this. First i got a smell bathroom, and didn't get towel as the hotel has to provide, have to wait till 5 pm that day till the hotel staff give us towel. And they said "im sorry, the towel isnt there because of the laundry". Omg im so dissappointed. Afterthat, we also didn't get a mineral water and hotel sandals, untill we ask this personally to the staff hotel.
Im sorry, but i wouldn't recommend this hotel for everyone, because the place isn't worth the money. You better find the other place.

Spacious rooms, near airport (±15 mins), clean, fairly far from culinary attractions and malls.

It's a nice hotel, cheap and near airport. Unfortunately there was no elevator. So you have to take stairs if you're room located at second floor.
