Four Points by Sheraton Balikpapan

It's a bit far from the city center but the nearest to the airport. The service is excellent, the room is very spacious and modern. What i complain is that they only provide a single shower located just above your head (normally there's various options).

But i love the breakfast! They have many options, and even have a little warung where we can get our own choice of snack or coffee sachet.

Overall my stay here was okay, but not that excellent for the price we paid.

this is the first time stay at Four point.
get room 817 fiew to Swimming pool.
Room is clean, toilet clean.
Bed and pillows is very comfortable.
Get some food and feel tasty.this is good
maybe next time come and stay at this hotel

Friendly u0026 helpful staff, various menu for breakfast, quick check in u0026 check out time, large swimming pool, easy parking lot, spacious room u0026 nice quality for amenities, last but not least...comfortable bedding set. The best in town!!

Really close to Sepinggan airport, but not walking distance to the downtown. Spacious and comfy room. Got unique and lots of breakfast variety.

Good four point Sheraton hotel..

The location all ok, even located at small road but near to airport sepinggan

The breakfast unique with many choice plus serve indomie and sachet drink

Room are spacious with good environment.
Check in process all ok

Overall all good but I can't give 5 star just because staying for only for resting ???? before going back to jakarta

Very bad service at the restaurant.

During check-in, they gave us a free coupon for a Juice or Coffee at the bar. So I give the coupon and ask for a Juice. Then, the girl came back with her manager... she started saying that they only have orange Juice. So I said okay. She brought me the worst Juice i have ever seen : water with sugar and taste of orange..... I started to complain nicely at first because it is supposed to be fresh blended juices but she decided to fake that she couldn't understand english (later she suddenly understood).... so I went to the reception, they apologized and said that the coupon was supposed to be a fresh Juice but nothing else. I never got my Juice or anything else...

Room was nice, spacious and clean.
Staffs were friendly.
Overall good hotel for Balikpapan standard, but was expecting much more when first saw Sheraton and Marriott branding.
Some dissapointments were the restaurant's cheap-look furnitures, and the breakfast had qood choices but can still find overcooked sausages, undercooked chicken, salty fried noodle, cold coffee from the warmer pot, etc.
Swimming pool viewed from room was rather misleading too. The actual pool looks like neighborhood pool.
