This is like an old-style Chinese Restaurant in Balikpapan, the ambience is so Chinese and it was good. The food most of them is good, but today, the stir fry black pepper beef is not on point. They have lots of drink selection also. One of must try in Balikpapan

one of the oldest balikpapan restaurant, now struggle on the chinese restaurant competition, mild taste not overpowered with spices. quite good but need some garnishing and more topping variety. eg. add squid and fish balls to seafood fried rice, not just prawn. if you happen visit this resto, i recommend shrimp roll, crab soup and shanghai fried chicken. but you have to be patient cause serving time quite slow

Old but gold! Balikpapan legendary chinese food.
Cap cay and kubak rice had always been our favourite!

We were excited to dine here after reading lot of good reviews but were disappointed the very moment we stepped in. The dining area which has air con was filled with tobacco smoke. It's a pity that such a good restaurant allows smoking inside dining area.. We had to leave as we couldn't tolerate it. . . The waiter's apology was the only solace. .
