Nice hotel with good view.

Need to check especially for the shower on the bath room. Some shower hole are stuck with sedimentation of water. It makes the water were not flow smooth and some point were blocked.

Check ins can be a little quicker. Some rooms need to be updated, shower pressure needs to be fixed. TVs are old with permanent screen damage. Rooms are spacious, clean, ACs are cold, staff are friendly. On weekends the elevator system is a complete nightmare. 20 some floors only 2 elevators for 4 people each. No sequencing.

Horrible room with paint peeling off every wall, cheapest and uncomfortable furniture possible. Bed sheets were stained and toilet was dirty.

I booked for two nights and left after twenty minutes. No apology from the reception staff. Moved to Swiss Bel which was much nicer.

This is the worst hotel in Balikpapan and should be a one star

Easy request food for sahur event not in Ramadhan ,room look like apartment ,you can simple cook noodles ,and you will see ocean on you balcony (junior suite for 3 people's ),good on services

waiting 2hrs outside for waiting room readiness.
get Room 606, Room are clean. Sofa, TV, mini kitchen set.
Single bed.
Toilet and shower clean.
First come, all good.

My family went here for a vacation and it was a good experience. The hotel is located at the seaside and the view is beautiful, especially if your room is on the higher floors. There's a pool near the lobby which faces the sea as well. A good spot for taking photos.

The room we stayed in was nice and cozy. It was quite big and there were 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a pantry, and a balcony in our room. It could fit about 3-6 people (or maybe more if you try lol). Overall it was pretty good.

Having my stay with friends on our staycation it was nice cause the unit we rent has pantry and even wide area for us. There are two rooms provided and also two bathrooms. We can even see how beautiful sunrise is, sadly the balcony we cant open it due to some reateictions.
