Many times I stay here. Always comfortable. Staffs are friendly, rooms are clean. It's nice to stay here with family. During the day they spend time in mall while I spend my time sleeping in room.
Never getting up late in the morning since the voice of police training at down time wakes us up. It's another thing I like about this hotel.
One thing I don't like, if I get room on the 1st floor, which means to me, underground. Horrible.

Location was good, just in front of big mall in balikpapan. Room was clean and spacious, although it was a bit smelly. Breakfast was not so good. But overall it was nice considering the price was very reasonable.

Inside Balikpapan Superblock, so don't worry if you wanna go to mall hor shopping, doing banking transactions, visit BSB beach and so on. Fast response chat. The breakfast is so-so with reasonable price of 55 thousands per pax (May 2022). They don't provide mineral water bottle for reducing plastic program. We can refill the water pot in the dispenser they provide in every level of the hotel. It's a good three stars hotel, worth to stay,.

I stayed there for a business trip. I think this is a perfect place to stay since the price rate is affordable, but you can get everything you need. Quest hotel provides a clean room, spacious desk for work, bath room with hot water, helpful staffs and tasty breakfast. It also provide airport pick up to the hotel. If you have spare time and want to go to shopping mall or cinema, it is just in front of the hotel. I also enjoy doing jogging around the hotel, and it takes 1,5km to go around the hotel blocks. In general, I will back to this hotel for my next business trip.

Clean and comfortable hotel for the get and go. All basic need were provided excelently, wifi works great and relatively fast for working. The staff were helpful and kind. Overall good for business purpose. Not recommended for staycation i guess, not many family friendly facilities inside. But if you need affordable excellent room to rest and see around Balikpapan, this is the best place for you. Not to mention, this is located at BSB which has 2 mall inside it and very strategic location in the heart of Balikpapan.

One favorite hotel choices to stay in Balikpapan where at the next door is the biggest mall in town. Excellent services and breakfast variety has many selection. Thank you Quest Hotel Balikpapan ????????

This is absolutely one of best 3 stars hotel in balikpapan. Friendly rates .. breakfast with many choices. Fast response staffs ... good job!!! And also strategic location within a jump to ewalk mall.
