unfortunately cant get early check in so had to wait until 2.30PM. nice view towards the ocean/beach but blocked by the apartment. And they really need to pay a huge attention for the bathroom as really like very poor maintenanced. The shower also not hot enough only a bit warm. The pillows had somekind of smell. Really not worth it for such a price.

I can not possibly score this hotel any lower but I wish I could. Do not stay here. You have been warned. Thumping live music rattling your windows until 10pm every single night, dirty old rooms, dirty old towels, terrible service. Seriously this is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The worst was in Tanzania where there was a manual hot water pump. This is a low 3 star hotel at best but the live music just makes it intolerable. I give it zero stars. Checking out tomorrow and they can keep my money. I don’t care.

The telephone is off, first day check in no towel, no bottle watter, and the sink is dirty. I have to call and wait for long so they can send the house keeping and bring towel etc, when i got the towel, its looks and smelly. Also the price is not worth it, because it is very small. 800idr in other city you can get better room and all the amenities way much better than this. Please improve!

We stayed in a family room pool view, there are some drawbacks :
1.The lobby is very small, when I stopped my car in front of the lobby, there were no concierges. I had to unload all my belongings all by myself, which I had no problem in doing so. Unfortunately, the front of the lobby is very narrow, so that my car would be a hindrance to other cars going to the mall.
2.Although the room was clean, it was very narrow in space, eventhough I booked the largest room : a family pool view room.
3.Since there was no concierge, me and my fam had to carry our belongings when we checked out.
4.The water boom was not well maintained, there was lots of yellowish stained, as you can see in the picture.
5.The food was good enough, that prevent me to give them 2 stars rating.

In conclusion, for a price of 1,5 juta rupiah, it is better to stay at another hotel.

Good hotel for staycation with Family, because this hotel connected with mall area. But, im disapointed with the pool facility and regulations, which is many visitor swim NOT using swim wear and i see some visitor smoking at the pool area. And the staff had no idea when i talk to them.

Well, it's not really good, I come for business trip for u003e6 days, it should be 3-stars Accomodation, no fitness/gym center, late pick-up laundry, an hour with 3 times call, the breakfast is literally almost the same all day, the room is so-so, more likely a apartment room. Some positive pointa just for the pools and the mall.

We have Booked the hotel few days ago with their reservation, somehow Upon Check in our reservation were not listed, so we have to wait a while to get a room, once we enter the room we get a room with construction view and workers in front of the balcony, the room was not well prepared, we booked two rooms and one of the rooms don't have a curtain and another room wastafel sink hole were broken... also we booked for 1 Double Bed + 1 Twin Bed, but somehow they gave us only Double bed

So we need to change room, but when changing the room they did not send a bellboy to help us with our luggage... so we manage to drag it all on our own.... Also the staff who escorted us dont even give a brief explanation about the room and facility, they just handover the key and whalla gone right away... Now the breakfast was just not good, most of the meal were tasteless and very2 mediocre... Just not worth it for the Price of room that we Pay... Many other better options for similar or even cheaper room rates

Staff at the front office were also not so friendly, might need more training on handling customer, when we say we have book a room with Mr. A on reservation department, and they replied Have You Paid? (With an accusations tone as if the room were not booked because we havent paid for it) meanwhile the reservation staff said we can pay upon arrival at the front desk.

The Positive side was that the rooms and hotel area are very clean and well maintain, they have big swimming pool with slide available, and the location is very strategic located inside the Balikpapan Super Block where there are plenty of shops / mall / restaurant / sports facility/ Movie Theater and others
