Not satisfied at all by their service; from false doctor's treatment, rude counter service, and expensive medicines which can only be bought in this clinic.

I went to an ENT doctor (THT), and they never told me the real problem of my ear which was infected sooo Bad, first told me that I had earwax problem, and gave me medicines which actually caused bad irritation to my ear, after going back and forth caused by my ear infection, they gave me medication which are not fixing the problems and never really told me what's my infection was so at the end after the 4th time going there and spending soo much money, the doctor told me that the infection was gone.

A day after I felt just as painful and ichy as the first day I came to the doctor, so I went to another ENT doctor at kimia farma who told me that I have fungal infection, and the medications I get now are for that specific for fungal infection, with low cost medication. This new doctor was really explaining what causes the infection and let me see what going on inside my ears, for a cheaper cost!!!!

So for conclusion, you can see how I was really being scam and used by Panacea clinic and very much not recommended this clinic.

The place is now rebuild a brand new cleaner and more professional to provides good services concerning to your health care and check-up. The staffs are nice and friendly especially the women including the doctors ...

Sebelum kesini saya baca ulasan netizen dulu, sempat ragu sih sama komen negatifnya, tapi karena urgent kami pun kesini.
syukurlah pas kesini dilayani dengan baik, sebelumnya suami juga sdh reservasi dulu sama admin dan diatur jadwal ketemu sm dokter tht utk periksa anak saya, dokter tht nya juga ramah dan aktif menjelaskan. Apoteker jg ramah. Lingkungan sekitar klinik jg baik. Overall ok sih menurut saya.

Karena tdi saya konsul online.anak saya sakit batuk kering dan flu. Sma dokternya di sarankan mnm obat yg brupa puyer. Dan saya blg mnta yg sirup aja. Tp dokternya blg klo tdk ada obat sirup untuk batuk kering karena BPJS
Padahal sblmnya kami mnta yg sirup selalubisa .dan saya pun brtanya pd apoteknya saat ambil obatnya.
