Crispy fried chicken itself is always crunchy, because I think they cook them fresh everytime we made order. But the fried noodle (indomie) was cold. Might be they made the noodle first then the chicken later. Usually the dish served after wait up to 15-30mins after you made the order. You can request levels of spiciness or no chili here. One of my fav so far.
