Friendly staffs, they will help you to bring your luggage when you arrive. The room is a bit small, the bed and pillows was very soft and comfy, I feel the room air is a bit damp though. When I arrived the staffs forgot to pick up the food plates on the floor right beside the front of my room's door so it looks a bit dirty. Also it was said that netflix is available on the tv but I didn't check that out. Location was great.

Nice friendly staff, hotel has all the facilities you need for a short or even slightly extended stay. Room is a little small, and was suffering a little from damp, but nothing that a little maintenance would not repair. Bed was superb, nice matress, pillows and sheets. Room and bathroom were all very clean as is the rest of the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff make this a very budget friendly, but enjoyable stay in Balikpapan.

Nice room but to small window and can't open, 2nd floor some time noisy caused water pump running.

great hospitality and services, the hotel member are very kind and helpfull.
the room is clean and comfortable(no wonder they are using King Koil's product). its a good place to stay at Balikpapan.

Generous Hotel.. this was my first impression when I stepped inside the room. Room is not so spacious but it's just enough. Everything is prepared in detail. Electric plugs, electric kettle, mugs, waters, deposit box, slippers, desk, clean room, cold aircon, simple and very current interior. This hotel is really represent the current generation "a millennial generation".
BFast... the restaurant is seriously designed. I love with restaurant atmosphere. The food choices is not really vary.. but it's just enough. Come on guys...its bfast not a party :)
One thing that I wished more... I wish in the future the internet speed is faster.
Overall.. I was so happy staying here. I wish the management will keep the hotel better and better in future. Good Job and keep it up!

If you are looking for a comfortable hotel for resting (not staycation), it can be your option. Though it doesn't have a pool, the room is clean, the wifi network is quite fast. Moreover, it is close to the biggest mall in Balikpapan, E-walk. It's only a walking distance from the hotel.

Driving 2 hours and another hour flight just to find out that check in only at 12am. So I spent 2 hours waiting for my room to be ready.. They have a 40inch LED and nice pillows anyway. Fair enough..
