Coto makasar a traditional makasar soup with broth and meat. The coto was OK for me, the broth not so tasty, the meat not so tender but they served big chunk of meat. Quite cheap.

Here you can find nice bowl of warm beef soup. You can add condiments such as sambal, soy sauce, MSG, salt and ketupat for as much as you like with no charge added! The price is so cheap!

Best Coto Makassar in town, my favorite since I was very young, the smell of its aroma, the taste of beef innards and also the atmosphere is always the same from time to time. Sit in head up to Balikpapan beach, looking the fishing boats and oil tanker or passenger ships going around its a bonus. And don't forget their rice ketupat is free, take it all you can eat :)

My favorite place. I love the taste, its authentic coto makassar. Its also cheap. With only IDR 25.000 you can eat coto and eat as many as ketupat you can also you can choose any drink you want. Too bad I always forgot to take picture when I eat here because I am focusing on eating ????. Its by the seaside so you can enjoy wind breeze while eating. But the seat and place is a bit small.

Very crowded and there are many booth that sells coto makassar so make sure you choose the right one

my friend brought me here to try Coto Makassar. it was good! the soup is very creamy and tasty. the place however is not that comfortable.
