The location is nice, in the middle of city, and near a market. You can easily take public taxi either you want to go to Balikpapan Plaza or to the beach, or even take a small walk to Taman Bekapai. Breakfast is so standart. The room is standart too, but the bathroom is so old, I guess it's not renovated yet since it changes name.

Be careful order hotel via OYO, some Hotel not accept your check-in voucher due to OYO.
You wil lost your money

I stayed at room 102 when we entered the room bad smell influenced Our nose.. I asked to the resepsionist to change the room and she agrred to show another room. In the new room, i think it has same odor so i decided to Check out.

Used to have fast wifi here. Located beside main road. Don' t know if the elevator already fixed or not. Have a supervisor who wandering around. Tell him what you need

I booked one night on agoda! And i made a payment online. After arriving to that place the reception said sorry we are fully booked with local language no English no communication very bad experience!

Nice hotel in front of Kelandasan public market, close to At Taqwa oldest mosque in Balikpapan, Novotel Hotel, Balikpapan Plaza u0026 Merdeka Yard.
