Welcoming receptionist, polite and service minded .
Old and outdated room, dirty furniture's. Smell of Cigarette for non smoking room.dirty elevators. The whole hotel need upgrade and clean inside out

Everything okay. A bit run down but not too bad. They have a cockroach problem so arm yourself with bugspray. Wifi signal was very weak, but that depends on where your room is.

Located at city centre, it's easy to go anywhere. They have 4 lifts but only 1 works. Receptionist should be quicker. Guests should not wait for half an hour before entering room

I ordered a room by online but its not provided after confirm it.
Customer service is rude in telephone service

Location of this hotel is very good. The room provides relaxing ambient - good to unwind after long day at the office. The hotel remained spotless the entire time there. The pricing was good for the area. To conclude, just spend a night for transit I find this hotel acceptable.

I chose this place because it was written that they have a swimming pool. but when I visited the hotel, they said it is not in their hotel but the other hotel which located right beside and still in the same group I guess. they should have not list the swimming pool as the facilities at the first time. made me very dissapoint at that moment, and there are also other things, like slipper not exist, electric keettle not exist, shampoo not exist.

for the room itself I think it is okay, good bed, nice air conditioner, TV was poor, only national channel and display was like all over the place (often get disconnected), they have fridge, bathub can not be used because the sink hole doesn't have the closer.

my advice, hotel should mention at the advertisement, what would be in the package, and what needs to be payed, so we could know from the very first moment and could find others.
