This hostel has a really chilled, relaxed vibe. They have 3 cats that live here too that are really friendly. In the morning you can get omelette or pancakes if you've included it in your booking. We did find the place to be a little expensive for what you get compared to similar looking offerings in the area, the private room consists of a bed, two side tables and a wardrobe with locks. The Aircon is *particularly* noisy (I've stayed in 4 places in Asia in a couple of weeks and this was the noisiest) the shower is a little small with a slightly mouldy shower curtain - nothing that we minded too much but it's these little things that stop this place being a 5star. Also I noticed a couple trying to buy a drink as advertised on the fridge but they haven't had these stocked as far as I can tell for at least 3days?
The location is a mixed bag too - great distance from the beach (maybe 12min tops) with plenty of restaurants and shops on the way, the clubs and bars/dining places at the beach are great too, BUT, you're staying DIRECTLY opposite a school. So be ready for screaming kids early in the morning.

Overall a good places with friendly staff and cats though!

Third time staying at this place and I only have good things to say. The location in Canggu is amazing, the rooms are nice and clean and the breakfast, while simple, is great.

It’s probably one of the nicest hostels I’ve stayed at and special thanks to Ali for making this place what it is. Somehow this place just attracts the right people.

After staying in several hostels in Canggu (The Tipsy Gypsy, Serenity Guesthouse 2, Take Off Surf Camp, Bima Sakti Hostel u0026 Elements BnB) I can comfortably say this is the best of the lot. Why? Excellent facilities - Super comfy beds, a really nice shower, lovely swimming pool. Breakfast is included and tastes delicious (Choice of omelette or pancakes with fruit u0026 toast) as well as free tea/coffee/water. There's 3 fantastic u0026 affectionate pets on site (2 cats, 1 dog) and a communal fridge. Ali - the owner is such a genuine, great guy and so accomodating. I originally booked one night u0026 enjoyed it so much, I wanted to book again, but it was full. Ali gave me recommendations for other hostels and even gave me a ride there, completely going out of his way. There's a really chilled, but fun vibe with you being able to relax and chill listening to the cool poolside playlist (available on Spotify) but also play Rum u0026 Coke Pong (Ali's version!) before going out in the evenings. Location is close to several cafés and the beach is a 15 minute walk away. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again the next time I'm in Canggu.

THE best hostel in Canggu. I stayed for 4 nights. Would have stayed for more if they weren't fully booked. Great free breakfasts. Clean water available. The pool is so lovely. The staff are really friendly and helpful.

Best hostel ever. Really nice and relaxed staff, great rooms and lovely bathroom. The pool is clean and there is a chill and low-key atmosphere. Ali is a great owner, makes you feel at home. Thanks for that!

Beware, this place sucks you in and doesn't let you go! Even when you think you've left, it will pull you back in.

Ali is a great host and has really nice staff working here making nice breakfast the way you like it. The pool is beautiful and the bathroom for the dorm is Instagram worthy!

Can't recommend more!

It was perfect! Really chill vibe. Central location in Canggu, walkable to many good cafes. Cutest pets on the property, luxurious living conditions, dedicated wardrobe lockers with clothes hangers, great choices for breakfast in the morning, friendly staff that work there and an owner who does everything he can to ensure the quality of the hostel and the comfort of his guests - nothing more you can ask more really!
