Exceptional villas. Stayed at an executive private villa, and it was amazing. The private pool and large villa space was perfect for a couple, and the location was great (out of the way of the bustle of the Main Street, but only 5-10mins walk from the action). The associated restaurant (Kilo) had amazing food, and breakfast as included. Terra Spa, part of the Villas provided super relaxing and professional spa treatments. Would stay here again in the future! I would recommend renting a scooter here if you don’t like walking too much!

One of the most beautiful places my partner and I have stayed at. From the warm welcoming and waiting for us for our very late arrival right to the end of leaving it was faultless. The service team went above and beyond with their service with all the room service with drinks/food/washing etc and the breakfast at Kilo was amazingly delicious and the team at terra spa was great! Highly recommend and a big thank you to IRA you are perfect!
Top 3 best places I’ve stayed in in the world.

This was our 3rd stay with Uma Sapna and we will return. Such a beautiful property, spacious rooms, private pool with fabulous breakfast included plus transfers. Quiet location walking distance to everything. Thank you for spoiling us! See you soon we hope xx

We had booked another villa close by and hated that place but just a few seconds down was Uma Sapna. We double booked but what a pleasure it was staying here. Absolutely immaculate. Staff are extremely nice, and the villa we stayed in was so beautiful. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Enjoyed our stay - the villa is spacious and kept very clean. Overall compared with other villas we have stayed at in Seminyak, it's definitely the best value/size and offering with gym on site etc. Room servicing, proactive mosquito spraying and the service was very good. We stayed in Watu Bela and did have issues with gaps in a connecting door with the next door villa which meant we could hear everything the neighbours were doing/saying. The breakfast at Kilo was a bug bear, which did improve after feedback. All of the items are pre-prepared and plated on order - sadly this means that only if you order scrambled egg or an omelette, everything is either warm or cold. Even the toast isn't done freshly. The food, coffee itself was good quality (and all very impressively plated and appetizing from the descriptors) but cold bacon/sausages/hash browns etc really let it down.

Just finished 7 nights at Uma Sapna. It was hard to leave because it was so perfect, beautiful villa, perfect pool temperature and all of the staff were amazing. The attached Kilo Kitchen is also awesome with quality coffee.

We’ve been to Uma sapna previously, meant to return in 2020 but cancelled due to covid restrictions.

They have maintained their very high standards. Wonderful pool villas, top class service from all! Will definitely return next time in bali
