A beautifully maintained hotel with simple facilities. The highlight of the hotel is the wonderful staff there. Every personal in the hotel is courteous, well mannered and extremely pleasant souls.
The one name I would like to highlight is Mrs.Hanna from the reception.
The Jimabarn beach is just a walk away from Villa Puri Royan, which is a real highlight. The hotel is located in a very peaceful location with no noise at all. All facilities are basic, but really well maintained. The pool needs some improvement though.
The rooms are very spacious too.
The complimentary breakfast served is very basic, but it is wonderful.

Our room was situated in the second floor and we could see the ocean and watch sunset from the balcony. The room was quite old, some facilities in the room would need to get fixed (both doors, bathroom, walls) and the bed linen and towels were a little bit old / dirty. The pool was good and the breakfast was good, but could have more options for people with gluten-free diet, as my husband could only eat omelette (just 1 egg) and fruits. Nevertheless, it was a good value for money.

Pool area is pretty and the air con is cold -- but our room was super run down. The windows were so dusty and stained you could barely see through them. The bathroom had years of soap scum build up. Did not want to get in the bathtub due to the shady looks of it. It is a short walk to the beach and breakfast is included (although one egg only per person), which are the perks.

Great location, liked it very much. there are lots of cafes to eat nearby, not far from local fruit markets, they can also provide you airport transfer, which is convenient. The rooms are large, there are all necessary things like towels etc. It's old and shabby, but for its location we can forgive it.

Excellent no frills budget hotel. Room was cleaned daily, less than 5 minute walk to beach. Beds comfy, A/C works alright, but consider all of this in relation to the cost per night, you won't get a cheaper stay with all of these amenities.

I lived here for a few months during my semester at udayana university. So much love for the Villa Puri! I’m still missing the breakfast every day (after 5 years ????)

We arrive and ...
The bedroom have 2 twins bed when we book 1 king bed. Reply "oh sorry we domt have a big one are all like that".
The fridge smell like fish.
The bed sheets have stamps and looks unclean.
We was tired so first we go to eat something and after maximum 1 hour we ask to cancell the booking. They charge us full price.
I hope that money will be used for cleaning. Should i say more?
