Great services provided by the staff who will make you feel very welcomed :) Room is great, but I guess we were unlucky to have the safe broken down a few times. Nevertheless, the quick service made up for it and they responded quickly, so good job to the technicians and staff! Nice outdoor bathtub as well at the balcony. Massage and spa services are great for couples at a really affordable price too! Overall it's been a great stay :)

Great place to stay. Beautiful design with tropical style. The room was great with a separate bathtub on the balcony. Breakfast was also good. The rooftop, was absolutely gorgeous, with all the design and the views. Definitely 9/10 from me. One thing that needs improvement, the elevator definitely needs an AC because it was too hot inside.

We came exactly at 2 pm to be checked in. Had to wait for an hour cause the room wasn’t ready. No welcome drinks, nothing. Then we saw they offered welcome drinks to other guests… I don’t understand why they ask you to pay for everything right away. You can’t just put on your room number and then pay when checking out. They asked for cash payment when bring you food to the room. Our bed sheets were dirty, no one changed our towels, we didn’t get enough toilet paper, had to ask for everything. Also, lots of local people are staying there. Very noisy and busy. If you want peaceful and quiet place - this hotel is not the one. Would not come back again.

I have never given a one star rating in my life but this place was flat out horrible.
Hygiene: the first room was so dirty that we asked for a new room which was just as dirty. The towels were mouldy, the bathroom unsanitary, the sheets covered with stains, windows dirty... Also the bathrooms in the common spaces were an absolute disgrace.

I have been to many different places in Bali and guarantee you will find better value for money elsewhere.

I do understand that corona was tough for the hotel business but this place was a total health risk. I hope this review saves you from the same horrible experience.

We had a candle light dinner in this resort. In Rooftop, we had a awesome dining experience. The hospitality was really good and there was a live music going while we reached there, it was pleasant. Affordable rates!! Good Taste????????

We stayed in 2 rooms with connecting door. The door handle was broken, sheets were damp, the bathroom was smelly, only one room had a safety box. The positive things are that the breakfast was good, many choices. The hotel is in front of the beach, only cross the street. But in the end I cannot give it more stars... Because when we checked out they were charging us for a dirty towel. I really cannot understand this! First of all, it is not really good hospitality to do this. We are the owners of a homestay and we would never charge our guests for a dirty towel. You can wash it and if it is not clean enough you can try to use some extra cleaning products but in the end this is all part of business risk.

This hotel is indeed of deap cleaning for all areas. I literally mean their room, toilet, lobby, restaurant and their staffs. My room had a pungent lemon smell that made me want to puke. I had to keep spraying with my perfume to remove the smell. The lobby and room floor was full of dust that was visible with naked eyes. Toilet had a stuffy/ moldy smell that still haunt me until now.

In the restaurant, the staffs wear the same black gloves when clearing the dishes and serving/ touching up the area. It was so gross.

I booked the hotel because of Google recommendation and good reviews but unfortunately I don't have the same experience as others.
