I had a great stay at Villa M Bali Umalas! I stayed here for four nights. I arrived after midnight and there was staff available to check me in. Check-in was completed in less than 10 minutes. The staff was very friendly - especially the guy that works overnight (I forget his name), but not annoying friendly. Breakfast was simple - eggs, toast, fruit and coffee or tea, but enough to get your day started. The pool was clean, warm and a great temperature. I was able to hop right in! The villa is very spacious and comfortable for 2 people. The bathroom is huge! The villa was clean and well maintained. There were a few little areas in the Agosoka villa that needed a more in depth cleaning (I.e., behind the front door in the corner behind the curtains and the wall wear the bathroom vanity mirrors has some small hairs (maybe from Someone shaving) stuck on the wall. I didn’t complain to the staff as I kept forgetting. This was not a deal breaker in my stay and I am a young lady who is very picky about hotels. The property was quiet and the location is good. There are some foreigners in the neighborhood but the area still felt local and as the property isn’t located in an over crowded touristy area, which I liked. Overall, I would recommend Villa M Bali Umalas to my friends and stay here again!
