This is the most bad management villas, been check in since 15 December 21 but so many troubles. 10 days in the begining the pool water is so dirty like milk colour, their excuses was bcs the PH water is like this, so we not using pool for almost 2weeks which is is not good price deals. And been 4 days the water on and off, and dirty water makes our skin damage, today the water totally off all day, they not informed us or help us with clean water stock supplies while they fixing the pump. The bad experience ever to stay in here. Feel living like inhuman way.

The tenants need to keep the sound down. 4am and blasting bass music.

One of the worst situations I’ve ever been in. Staff was great, the owner on the other hand was terrible. During the pandemic I don’t know if or when I will get a job, four days into my month stay I found out I will leave. I asked the owner and they said that because I paid the full month I cannot have any of my money back. I stayed a total of six days and had to pay almost one thousand dollars. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone. Stealing money from people during a pandemic is low. The room was nice enough but very dated, old paint, old wood, old. It’s unfortunate because like most Balinese people the staff were very nice. You can find a lot better places than this. I wouldn’t trust them.

Nice pool and decent size villa. Very private in a somewhat remote location. It is 20 minutes by taxi to Seminyak Square. Food in the restaurant and the service in the spa is good but not great. Staff were friendly and courteous. Lacking a wow factor but would certainly not be unhappy about staying here again.

Nice big rooms and private pool. Rooms are cleaned everyday by a team of 4-5 people per Villa. Also very near to rented bike shop. Enjoyed my stay there

One of the best villa I have stayed it so far. Everything is great. One of the best thing I liked about this place is the staff of the hotel. They were very nice people. And I loved my staying over here. Restaurant is pretty good as well and the cook is very nice too. He understand the requirements of the customers food.

I had a great stay here. It is situated in a great location. The hotel is very close to the public transport. Services are excellent to meet my needs. Significantly, the room is really clean. By the way, my room is being cleaned twice a day, woooooah.
