The pool was really nice (similar to the pictures) but the room was dirty. It obviously hadn't been cleaned since the last guest that should have been there a couple of weeks ago.
When I arrived the receptionist brought me to the room and fastly removed the dust from the shower and the sink (in front of me). The air con hadn't been turned on so I was boiling hot for another 30min. The sheets were dusty.
Breakfast was ok but not a lot of choice.
I wouldn't recommend this place except for a swim and relax by the pool. Also notice they only take cash...

Located down a smelly street, Villa Ledang has combination of apartments and villas. Our appartment was nice and the bed was incredible. Very big and comfortable. The only bad thing is the bathroom smelled like sewage 24/7. We kept the door closed but still could smell it in the room. Also, if you add one more electrical appliances, like hairdryer or iron, the breaker pops. If you stay for any extended period of time, they have to come into your room and reset the electric meter with more time. Little annoying. Couldn't say I would stay again.

It was probably was nice at one time but the hotel rooms are in dire need of a face life, I don't think they've been painted for some time.

Also most all the time I had to ask for my room to be cleaned, that shouldn't have to happen, it should be a formality.

I even had to ask for receipts, once again that should be a formality

There are much nicer places to be found for around the same kind of money, or even less expensive.

This is by far the worst hotels I’ve stayed in since I’ve been in Indonesia. And I’ve stayed at 8 other places. Sure the pictures of the villa and the pool are all great looking and the 4 star rating makes this place look like a great place to stay. However, that is not the case. They said there is going to be a kitchen in the room, there’s not. They said there would be good WiFi, there wasn’t. The staff are far from welcoming and sometimes pretty down right rude. The rooms are not clean at all, and given that they don’t clean the rooms while you’re there regardless of the length of your stay, the cleanliness just gets worse over time. Would I stay again? No. Would I reccomend to anyone? No are you far better if staying somewhere else? Absolutely

Location, not pretty, tidy or easy to find
Sewage smell in main reception and room
Woeful customer service, evening receptionist was very drunk and the morning receptionist could barely keep his eyes open.
Staff chillaxed on reception sofas smoking and didn't help.
1 powerpoint in room.
Cash only
Can't rate the paid breakfast because we didn't get any. Staff too drunk to organise early breakfast.

NOTE.... had a late check in and early check out, I was only there for 7 hours, any longer and id have probably rated lower.

The rooms definitely not look as are there in the Internet. In the toilet is not any place where you can hang your towels. The wi-fi was not working (at lest in the last room). So I flu need it - then not take this room. Is was working only around the pool and reception.
For plus: there is kettle and fridge in the room. You can not pay with the card here (in all hotels before (even much smaller) I was able to pay by card.
