Always went here after brought our fish from market. Grill service is cheap (15K) service is dependent they’re crowded or no but overall good. You can request your own seasoning if you don’t like spicy

TLDR: Horrible food, unfriendly service, even bribery involved in service, arrived at 18.00, left at 23.00. AVOID AT ALL COST!!

Wanted to get some good new year's eve dinner. Bought a lot of seafood at the local market to have them cook for us. We arrived at 18.00, sat by the beach then it started to drizzle. We had to drag our own chairs to shelter from the rain as they did not bother serving the customers. We waited for 1 more hour before they came to us to take our orders, my friend came to ask to them and they told her rudely to return to our seat. The waitress eventually came and took our order with an unpleasant tone. Another 2 hour wait and our foods are not on our tables still. We decided to check on the kitchen ourselves. A disgusting sight we saw that another guest slipped in their money to the workers to be served first. One of my friends asked the staff and they rudely replied with "if you want to complain just take your stuff and leave". Our foods remained untouched for another hour. When they finally came to our table, everything about them are terrible.

The fish's insides weren't cleaned properly and tasted not fresh due to being outside for so long. The prawns were undercooked and not deveined properly. The scallops, they didn't even bother to soak first to remove the dirt, let alone clean the insides (as you can see from the pic below). We had too many orders and asked them to have the rest to go. And yet again, it took them 30 minutes just to package them to go. They also charged us for ice cubes, which was ridiculous.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, unless you're interested in testing your patience and blood pressure. This has been the worst restaurant experience I had and I can say with confidence that I won't be returning to this place.

The foods are delicious.But there's some problems.When you wanna order something especially on weekend/holiday seasons.When you step on the restaurant the staff will say "Please be patient of waiting for the food, if you don't wanna take this risk then please go to the next restaurant.Because we run out of the staffs and we don't want our customers to be mad of us u0026 this is the fact of our restaurant's condition".My family just chilling u0026 we take the risk.Because we know that:

IF YOU WANT YOUR SEAFOODS ARE FRESH COOKED FROM THE STOVE.IT TOOKS SEVERAL TIMES.ITS A SEAFOODS NOT AN INDOMIE YOU CAN'T EXPECT THE FOODS ARE READY BETWEEN 10-15 MINUTES AND IF YOU ARE TOO BUSY/RUSHING SOMETHINGS.DONT EAT SEAFOOD JUST GO TO THE MCDONALDS.

And for the one whose complain on this gmaps.Well I just wanna said: The staffs already became honest of their restaurant.Then you take the risk but you mad at your own decision.I feel sad that most of the customers curse the staffs.If you wanna complain just speak to their manager u0026 the owner of the restaurant.

But overall the seafoods are delicious.You just need to be patient and don't go to this restaurant whenever you feel hungry.Just bring some snacks and chilling while talking with your beloved family or you can just watching sunset.

Can't find a worse word to describe this restaurant. Firstly, I would like to say thank you to one of the waitresses, the only young girl who can speak English and trying to be helpful. Except that, everything else is terrible.
The seafood tasted awful, the waiting time was endless. I chose this restaurant by accident. It was because the next door restaurant began renovation and not operating on the day, hence I was recommended to legong. Initially i thought all these places are similar as they cooked in the same way. However, the result is that I regret so much that I should have searched for google reviews and just find that so many customers had the same experience as mine.
The owner is a middle-aged lady and she was extremely badly behaved. As a tourist, can't expect everyone to be friendly, but she has been truly the the worst person I have met in this country.
I also feel sad for the other guests who gave you a 1 point! Highly NOT RECOMMENDING people to come to Legong!

Not recommended at all! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!
- terrible services and bad attitude
- long waiting for food (1hr+, they messed order sequences and not just our one single table)
- Wrong cooking method as your requested, totally wasting of seafood and no apologies. Still trying to charge you if we're not argued with them.
- only one nice girl in the restaurant can understand English, who was trying to repair the awful experience.

Went here for a dinner, we brought our own seafood from the market and they provide a grill and cooking service which cost 15k/ kg (for grill) and 30k/kg (for any kind of cooks), 10k for 1 plate of steamed rice, 20k for sauteed vegetables (sharing portion), beverage start from 10k.

(+) Taste was top notch! Especially their sambal ENAK BANGET!!!!
(+) Amazing view
(+) Friendly service, only 1 waitress is rude but the rest are friendly.

(-) serving time tooks 1 hour bcs it was queueing
(-) they don't provide a hand soap on the toilet and the toilet flush are broken

If you're planning to come here, prepare some snack for waiting your food to come cz it takes too long.

Those price are exclude 10% tax and service.

The worst dining experience I've ever had. 2 hours of waiting and our food was not even cooked yet. No waiters tend to us, understaffed and very very very low standard of hospitality. Cashier was rude, unfriendly and rushing. Said it takes long bcs it was crowded; while vacant tables are plenty! Had to go to the kitchen, rush the cooks ourselves and bring it to our own table to finally get what we ordered. Not worth the wait at all-food was terrible. Avoid at all cost. This resto does not deserve guests!
Would recommend going to the place next to it, New Furama.
