Reception very rude. I ask to speak to manager and marketing but they wouldn't call them and refused to aak about the information about booking a room long term. Having these people at the first point of contact is bad for ur business

Cool rooftop pool. as a swimming fan, I really like it. the atmosphere on the rooftop is also very relax. suitable for relaxing in the morning or evening. pool water is quite clean and does not contain much chlorine. But the deck floor needs repairs to make it more safe.

Thank you for upgrading the room I ordered. the rooms are clean enough and very cheap. hot water is not too hot but quite hot.

I only booked room only. the restaurant seems to serve good food, evening and night there are many guests.

very well worth it, and I will come back again.

clean and quiet. good service. breakfast can be boxed rice and delivered to the room, it feels a bit lacking.

A memorable stay at this hotel. Smiling staffs and prompt services. Yummy breakfast. In total it was a good experience. One thing before doing booking. Hotel is very old and obviously amenities also little old. How ever with good service they manage all. Thanks team for a memorable stay.

The rooms in newly build wing (opened Dec 2019) have amazing industrial design. But there are already few lack of maintenance problems. Shower head not cleaned, so water doesn't flow well, hot water quickly run out, doors to balcony aren't possible to close because door lock is locked. Many rooms have window to very narrow inner yard without sun light.
