We booked our first 6 nights of our 15 night honeymoon in Bali at TS Suites Seminyak. We have been here for four nights so far and our stay has been unreal. The hotel is aesthetically stunning. The pictures don’t even do it justice. The design of each space is so beautiful and super clean. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are perfectly air conditioned. Rooms are cleaned spotlessly each day and toiletries, as well as pop and water, are consistently replenished. The tubs are huge and the shower water pressure is perfect. Room service arrives quickly and all of the food we’ve had has been delicious. Drinks are always cold. We love the complimentary breakfast buffets from 7am to 10am every day, which includes an impressive array of both Balinese and Western cuisine. If you miss the buffet, you can still order the complimentary breakfast a la carte. Literally every employee has been so kind, gentle, and attentive. My absolute favourite part has been the rooftop infinity pool, which is even more beautiful in person. The view over Seminyak is so pretty. This hotel is so reasonably priced for the quality. Don’t hesitate, book your stay and tip generously for the impeccable service (even though it’s not expected).

What an amazing experience TS Suites is. Located right in the middle of the action - maybe not best for you beach-lovers, though there is transport to Double Six every hour.
The rooms are very generous and clean. The staff, from cleaners to “Leisure Officers” are friendly and courteous. The specialist Egg Chef is most proficient at his craft.
The rooftop pool and bar is an ideal place to relax- especially for those of us who aren’t beach lovers.
TS Suites is definitely on my list for next time.

The location is great, close with everything but noisy. The staff are friendly as what hotel should be but nothing special. I stayed here for two nights and I got disappointed with their hospitality. I informed their front office on the second morning that the room was dusty especially the carpet and the the room is hot because the AC is not working. Later in the evening when I come back for a day tour, the room is still hot. When I called again, they said they have fixed it. But then I ask them to come and check and they confirmed that the AC is broken. WHY DIDN’T THEY MAKE SURE THAT THE AC IS WORKING FINE? Why they have to wait the guest to make the complaint. They did offer me to change to a new room but it is late night and I have no energy to pack and repack again. They don’t even try to make the effort to compensate the unhappy guest except saying sorry. WITH THE SAME VALUE OF MONEY YOU ARE ABOUT TO PAY IN THIS HOTEL, TRUST ME, THERE ARE MANY BETTER HOTEL CLOSE BY, WITH THE SAME FACILITIES AND PERKS OR EVEN BETTER ONE.

Pictures do not do this hotel justice. The reality is better than the pictures. Our experience from pick up at the airport to drop off 8 days later was awesome. Staff are super friendly, helpful and caring. Hotel is clean and Is sanitised every day. Breakfast is served from 7am to 10pm, yes 10 pm. Variety caters for all tastes. Amazing clear pool. 15 minute walk to the beach but you can ride on the free shuttle if you don’t wish to walk. Plenty of restaurants and good shopping in close proximity. Definitely great rates.

NOT 5 star! More like 2-3 star!

Really confused about the fantastic reviews. Our flight cancelled so had to stay on for another 3 days…switched hotels to save some $$$$ but what a mistake.

1. The bed is like sleeping on a concrete slab
2. No furniture on balcony
3. Limited amenities in room
4. Breakfast uninviting, limited choice, and prefer to eat out because of this
5. No shade at pool, torn mattresses, no umbrellas
6. Advertised as having various room amenities
but still looking for them
7. Very run down and not well maintained.
8. Room is a good size but it has the smallest TV.
9. Free minibar includes 1 x Coke, 1 x Sprite, 2 x water
10. Have come from Hotel Indigo which is a true 5 star - there really is no comparison!

Would have moved after 1 night but non-refundable. So many beautiful resorts in Bali but this is not one of them!

If your looking for a beautiful resort….keep looking!

Gorgeous place. Rooms amazing. Pool area beautiful however doesn’t feel like you are in Bali. No Bali vibe at all. Breakfast disappointing and having people allowed to smoke in the dining area was awful! Our room key hardly worked meaning more than 10 visits back down to reception. Pool is not a vibe for kids. Would be great place to stay for business.

Got to stay at the TS Sky Villa which located at the very top floor of the building. The villa is quite spacious and the private pool is very neatly located at the front of each bedroom. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming. Very recommended to stay at this hotel.
