We have been to Bali many times and due to late flight and the confusion of new Covid rules thought about using an express check in. We arrived in Bali and these guys went over and above to ensure we were looked after. I can’t thank them enough for great service. From staying with us every step of the way to the concierge running to get a trolley to carry our luggage and stopping to get our Bali SIM cards. All so late at night. Well done and will certainly use again. Thank you

The best experience ever. Profesional, courteous, watched after my 82 year old mom like she was family. Highly recommend this service for anyone who wants a fast track through immigration, customs and baggage pick up. If you are older or have children its a must....thank you staff of Tic????????

I used Tic Bali for arrival service. It was absolutely worth the $50 per person. We arrived at 9:45pm, behind 5 other flights. The Airport was absolutely FULL, with lines over flowing... We got thru the entire process (visa, customs, bags etc) in 30 mins. Top quality service, thank you Tic Bali ????????

Fantastic service to use on arrival or departure! We were whisked straight through all the those long painful lines and taken straight to the Premier Lounge. Will definitely be using this service again for all my future trips! BEST!

If you are planning to head to Bali in the next few months definitely pay $50 to ticbali to get out of the airport in record time! No queues…you just pretty much go straight on through to your shuttle etc ???????????? Staff are lovely..very friendly and helpful will definitely use again AAAAAAAA++++++

Utilised Tic for both entry and exit to/from Bali. Smooth logistically in arranging and meeting support staff at airport. Both times the girls were helpful and really got stuck in even with heavy luggage. Would recommend and use again

Wow, wow, wow....what can I say...TicBali were AMAZING (again) for us. We used TicBali back in May 2022 for a girls trip. They were incredible. I booked them again for my sons arrival last night. My son is only 15 and was travelling to Bali on his own, to meet his cousin and family on the other end. I was very nervous with my son going through customs and the international arrival process on his own. He's travelled internationally lots of times, but always with an adult in the past.
TicBali were fantastic. They met him immediately at the arrival gate, sent me pictures of him arriving, took him through the Visa process and customs process, and then ensured he met up safely with my sister and her family at the arrival meeting area outside of the airport. They even asked for me to send a photo of my sister who he was meeting to make sure the right person collected him! Fantastic service and group of team members. Thank you so much TicBali :)
I'm constantly recommending TicBali to anyone I know who is travelling to Bali, and will continue to do so.
