My boyfriend and I stayed here for 2 weeks. It's an easy 5 stars because: it's affordable, in a great location, has friendly staff, three awesome pools, and good food.

The pools are one of the best features. They are big, clean and a great place to relax for a couple hours.

The location is great. It's right across from the beach and there are many great restaurants, bars and convenience stores nearby to explore.

The only con I would have is with the rooms. They are a bit older, but generally seem well taken care of. But of course there is gonna be some wear and tear over time. For us this is basically a non-issue, as the rooms were good enough, and we didn't come to Bali just to stay in our rooms all day!

I would recommend this resort to anyone, including friends and family!

The location is great. So close to everything you could want. Entertainment on the beach every night. Beautiful swimming pools in the complex. Service was also good. Reasonable cost for the area. But the rooms are very tired and dated. Had very little to no hotwater for the entire time I stayed. Bed was comfortable and room service kept the rooms as clean as possible.

Its great value for the price. Its not 5star but its clean, has 3 good pools and its right on the beach. The staff are helpful. The western food is better than the local food but its really near lots of other bars and restaurants. I would stay here again if I'm looking for a cheap get away.

This is my review about the hotel... Everything but the room are great.. the water are salty because its near the beach. And the water heater not full working except in the morning, so you got full how water in the shower only at the morning, maybe this is the procedure from the hotel because pandemic.. the room interior are too old need new furniture and electronic equipment service...
Maybe all because pandemic so the hotel staf are only few. For the location and service i give 5 star.. the food and the pool are also great. Recover together recover stronger.

5 Star stay in a 4 star resort.
Rooms are quiet tidy for price, staff extra friendly, the grounds and pools great and the location is spot on.
The breakfast was ok with good variety, we didn’t try the restaurant and only tried room service once on the night we checked in and decided it wasn’t for us.

Hotel opened in 1983 and has not been refurbished. It is very tired and in need of a complete make over. The swimming pools are the best aspect of this hotel. It is located across a road from the beach. Best to avoid if possible.

Highly recommend The Jayakarta.
Beautiful gardens. Sparkling swimming pool. Great pool bar service. Good food in the restaurant and clean accommodating rooms. Breakfast buffet superb. Run by lovely respectful people
