The Vira has been well maintained through the pandemic unlike some hotels. The rooms are very nicely presented, the staff provide very good service. Good location, not far from the beach. Mall across the road. Very good value for the price.

this is a perfect hotel. beautiful rooms, clean, very good restaurant and a very well maintained pool area. the staff is very friendly. I really miss this place and it looks much better in real life than it does in the picture.

We love the hotel. Nice rooms with another door facing pool (feels like having a private pool). The breakfast is american style. Located in front of mall ????????
A quiet place with serenity, but in the middle of the city.

Not a ‘boutique’ hotel:
- cleaners left the hotel room door open twice.
- breakfast unorganized/dysfunctional. Order eggs and they forget. Remind them and get a very raw egg as ‘sunny side up’.
- breakfast host gave away our table when we were getting food. Mobile phone and personal stuff was on table.
- every morning at 08:15 the cleaners ring your hotel room doorbell(!). You have to hang the small leaflet on the door. After they leave the door open.
- breakfast ran out of cheese and other stuff very quickly took some time to replenish.
- only basic tea or black coffee at breakfast. Want cappucino? Then go order at the bar and pay for it.
- bread very tough and stale at breakfast

Hotel room and pool is fine!

Thanks for the home from home,stay a month and enjoy everything,too managed by a beautiful lady,all staff are great and all happy as golden smiling face.the breakfast is so tasty and healthy,my wife and I both loved to start our day.the pool is meticulously and of the water running out to make you feel so cooling.Restraurant are the best in town and definitely try their grilled spare ribs with a beer or fresh juice.
We are going to missed you guys and wish you all the best.

A great hotel in front of lippo mall, the room is clean and well maintained, yet down side for me is the wooden curtain that is not light proof, so that every morning the sunlight leaked waking us up. But the breakfast is good, and staff was very helpful.. Nice stay..

Location was the main reason we chose to stay there during our 5 nights stay in Bali.
The hotel was great. I like the vibe.
The wifi wasn't so great.
The staff were very kind, especially the one from the restaurant.
Since it's just reopened from covid, the hotel seems to be a bit understaff.
My only hiccup there was, i asked for my bed sheet to be changed as my son is having allergy problem and we hope by changing the sheet, he would improve.
We left the room to be cleaned, checking our sheet, turned out the just tidied it up. We drop our son's medicine on the sheet, that's how we knew the sheet were not changed.
Too bad, as the staff were very caring and nice. After that i felt that those care and kindness were just lip service.
