Location was the main reason we chose to stay there during our 5 nights stay in Bali.
The hotel was great. I like the vibe.
The wifi wasn't so great.
The staff were very kind, especially the one from the restaurant.
Since it's just reopened from covid, the hotel seems to be a bit understaff.
My only hiccup there was, i asked for my bed sheet to be changed as my son is having allergy problem and we hope by changing the sheet, he would improve.
We left the room to be cleaned, checking our sheet, turned out the just tidied it up. We drop our son's medicine on the sheet, that's how we knew the sheet were not changed.
Too bad, as the staff were very caring and nice. After that i felt that those care and kindness were just lip service.
